I was pleasantly surprised at what I received. I was nervous since I gained knowledge of the company from a friend, but service was great and on time. It took at least a day or so for me to get use to the flavors since this was my first juice cleanse. The beet juice was the worse. The other juices were not that bad in tasting and arrives very fresh. I lost about 1 lb a day during my 7 day cleanse and I cheated for dinner on 1 of the days (5lbs total)! I’m going to order again and go another week.

Come on frozen like company stated. Thaws in about 15 hours in fridge. I thawed 6 per day for use on the next day. They start to separate and look gross but shake back to life. I was very obedient on my cleanse. I did eat a big bowl of raw chopped veggies twice each day (and I may have had a tequila on the rocks or two on the last two days) but all in all.. fabulous cleanse. Worked awesome. I dropped 9.5 pounds in 7 days and feel great. I literally feel *clean*

Definitely worth it, will do it again. Lost about 10lbs and was a great kick start to my weight loss, even went on to win the weight lost challenge at my work.
